1. Change of Mind Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
- Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or modified due to misuse.
- The return is missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, cables) have been opened or used, unless faulty.
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team at contact@techfishinggear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
